Presales Consultant

On site: Jakarta



  • Work closely with clients to understand their business and technology requirements

  • Create a Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & and develop technical proposals that outline the proposed solution based on the client's requirements

  • Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner

  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of the proposed solution to clients

  • Work closely with the sales and implementation to ensure that the solution is delivered as proposed once the client has accepted the proposal

  • Providing regular reports on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team

  • Motivate, coach, inspire, and develop everyone within the team





  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales Position

  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is preferred.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, as well as problem-solving & and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to quickly understand clients facing complex problems and advise the most effective solution

  • Good knowledge of IT solutions

  • Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
